We encourage most customers to visit our showroom, if you would like you can ring and book an appointment with one of our salesman. A salesman will then go through what our showroom has to offer and may discuss your budget, if what we have on offer doesn't suit your needs we are more than happy to work with the customer to create that dream bathroom, showing you what brands offer. The salesman will go through colour schemes, materials, accessories & tiles. Once you have an idea of what you would like a home survey will be arranged.
Once a survey has been completed designs will be created & a quote will be made. A fitting survey will then need to take place, this could be our own fitter or people we work alongside us. When all the designs have been finalised and you are happy with the quote a deposit of 20% or a rounded figure near the amount is asked for, balance payable prior to delivery. A delivery date is them confirmed between yourselves, delivery men & the fitter.
